2. Services Offered

KTLM Services (Cleanamax) provides:

• Commercial cleaning services
• Residential Cleaning
• Industrial cleaning services
• Grass cutting
• Car valeting & Waterless Cleaning

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Quotations and Confirmations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• A service is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation from the client.

3.2 Service Delivery

• Services will be performed as per the agreed schedule and scope detailed in the service agreement.
• Any changes to the scope or schedule must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• Prices are determined based on the scope of work and will be detailed in the service agreement.
• Additional services or variations may incur extra charges.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued upon completion of services or as per the agreed billing cycle.
• Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 2% per month.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• If a service is canceled after confirmation, a cancellation fee of Rs 5,000 will apply.

5.2 Cancellation by KTLM Services (Cleanamax)

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, safety concerns). In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.

6. Liability

6.1 Liability

• KTLM Services (Cleanamax) is committed to delivering services with due care and
  professionalism.
• We are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damages or conditions at the service location.
  • Loss or damage due to third-party actions or events beyond our control.

7. Client Obligations

• Provide access to the premises as scheduled.
• Ensure the premises are safe and free from hazards.
• Inform us of any specific requirements or areas of concern.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or our services shall be resolved amicably through mutual consultation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mauritius.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

10. Amendments

KTLM Services (Cleanamax) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
